Lauren is passionate about supporting individuals as they explore their relationship to the self, sex, identity, and trauma—particularly within communities where these conversations are often silenced or stigmatized. A graduate of Northwestern University, Lauren brings an integrated lens to her work—drawing from psychodynamic, feminist, and systems perspectives—while honoring each person’s unique context and experience. She is Brainspotting Phase 1 Certified, using this brain-body, mindfulness-based approach to help clients access and process trauma stored in the body. Brainspotting locates where distress is held so it can be safely released, helping people reconnect with instincts and emotions they may have learned to suppress due to past experiences or upbringing. Lauren knows how hard it can be to face trauma, identity, and emotions—especially when these feel hidden or misunderstood. You don’t have to go through it alone. She is here to listen and support you in a compassionate, safe space where your experiences matter. When you’re ready, Lauren invites you to reach out and start this journey together.
