Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. What keeps getting in the way of living the life you want? How do the painful experiences of your past continue to shape your present? These are the kinds of questions we gently explore together in therapy. I help individuals who are navigating complicated grief, life-altering losses, and the overwhelming emotions that often follow. Loss doesn’t just mean death—it can be any major life shift, any person or part of yourself that felt essential and is now missing. These experiences can shake your sense of self, leave you feeling untethered, and lead to patterns that pull you further from who you want to be. Maybe you're struggling with excessive worry, or perhaps you've found yourself turning to behaviors like disordered eating, overspending, or substance use just to cope. You are not alone—and you are not broken. As a licensed clinical social worker, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build a different relationship with pain. Together, we’ll learn how to make space for difficult thoughts and emotions without letting them dictate your actions. We’ll focus on what truly matters to you—your values—and gently begin moving toward the life you want to live, even in the presence of grief or fear. This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about reconnecting you with your strengths, your purpose, and your wholeness. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. You set the pace. I’ll walk alongside you. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to begin again, I’m here to help. Therapy is a space to slow down, to feel supported, and to move forward—one step at a time. If this speaks to you, I’d be honored to work with you.
