Introduction

As a licensed mental health professional, I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover meaning through healing. I provide individual and group therapy for both teens and adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, compassionate, and integrative. I draw from evidence-based modalities and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I offer therapy through a secure telehealth platform, creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered—wherever you are. I believe in the power of education and empowerment, and I often integrate psychoeducational tools, mindfulness practices, and creative strategies into my work. Healing is a journey.
