I moved to San Marcos, TX for college in 1998, fell in love with the area and never moved back to my hometown area of Dallas, TX. I now live and practice in New Braunfels, TX. I have been busy ever since gaining my education, life/work experience, and training. Over the last 20 years in residential treatment facilities with adolescent and adult populations suffering from unresolved trauma causing struggles in relationships, negative thinking patterns, healthy expression of thoughts and emotions causing problem areas related to substance and behavioral addictions, self-esteem, and mental health problems. I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s from Texas State University. In 2006 I became a Licensed Master of Social Work, 2009 receiving my license as Clinical Social Worker, and board approved clinical supervisor in 2016. In 2019, completing EMDR training with Jordan Schafer MA, LPC and ImTT basic training with Robert Miller, PhD psychologist. I am now the proud owner of Savage Therapy and currently seeing patients in New Braunfels, TX. My clinical practice focuses on healing the wounds of pain and suffering, leading one to his or her authentic self. Life should be full of laughter, learning, love, creativity, and spirituality. I believe everybody has everything they need within themselves already, and my role is to serve as a guide to your authentic self. I am here to support you in this journey.
