Inspired by William James’ wisdom—“The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another”—I serve as the lead therapist at Aya Life Therapy, where I walk alongside individuals as they transform their relationship with thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences. My integrative approach draws on evidence-based modalities including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and EMDR to guide clients from internal struggle toward intention, resilience, and fulfillment. My clinical foundation includes a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, an internship at Linden Oaks Hospital’s Adult Anxiety Intensive Outpatient Program, and therapeutic practice at Ascend Therapy (Naperville, IL)—supporting adults through anxiety, depression, mood disorders, body image concerns, and life stress. Central to my work is a therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, patience, and compassion. I strive to foster a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space—where individuals feel truly seen and supported as they engage the sacred work of healing and personal transformation.
