I’m passionate about supporting individuals navigating challenges related to mental health, substance use, and personal identity. My journey into this field was deeply personal—rooted in my own experiences with mental health and substance use. This led me to begin my career in the Twin Cities, working with vulnerable adults through local non-profit mental health organization. Since then, I’ve gained experience in intensive outpatient and substance use disorder programs, including harm reduction approaches. I specialize in working with clients who are in recovery or exploring their relationship with substance use, as well as those managing anxiety, depression, and concerns related to gender and sexuality. My approach focuses on helping clients gain deeper insight into themselves, understand the patterns behind their thoughts and behaviors, and develop the tools to live more intentionally—aligned with their values.
