Do you feel stuck in coping with your anxiety, mood concerns, or reactions to daily stressors? Are the parenting strategies you use with your child not working the way you thought they would? Or do you feel not quite like yourself since having a new baby? I’m passionate about helping people of all ages recognize their strengths, work through challenges, and move toward their goals. I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology in 2012 from Loyola University Chicago, with specialized training in working with children and families. I also completed advanced training in infant and early childhood mental health, postpartum depression, as well as pediatric health psychology. In my career, I’ve worked in academic settings and healthcare systems supporting children, teens, and adults with a wide range of concerns - from managing medical conditions like diabetes to better managing stress, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, neurodevelopmental differences, and family challenges. I’ve also overseen mental health clinics, taught graduate classes, and trained and supervised other therapists. I provide compassionate evidence-based therapy tailored to your needs. This includes helping parents of young children with tantrums, sleep, and developmental concerns; guiding kids and teens to improve focus and emotional regulation; and supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, postpartum changes, parenting stress, or adjusting to chronic medical conditions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you and your family can move forward with confidence and care. Take the first step by scheduling a complementary 15-minute consultation, and together we can explore how I may help.
