Introduction

Your well-being is my priority. I offer deeply personalized sessions for individuals, couples, and families, guiding you through life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and clinical expertise. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I provide a welcoming, inclusive space for all identities and backgrounds, ensuring you feel safe, seen, and supported. As an advanced holistic counselor and DBT-certified therapist, I integrate traditional and alternative modalities to support mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My practice includes: Holistic Counseling: Mind-body-spirit alignment for overall well-being. Integrative Psychotherapy: Blending CBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and other evidence-based approaches. Life Coaching: Goal-setting and motivation for personal/professional growth. Energy Healing & Coaching: Chakra balancing, energetic release, and support for abundance and healing. Science-Spirituality Integration: Combining research-based practices with spiritual insight. Individual & Adolescent Counseling: Support for anxiety, depression, transitions, and identity. College & Young Adult Guidance: Tailored support for early adulthood and big life decisions. Couples & Family Therapy: Rebuilding communication, connection, and resilience. LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapy: Empowering clients to explore identity and self-expression in a safe space. DBT & Trauma-Informed Care: For emotion regulation, relationship skills, PTSD/CPTSD healing. EFT “Tapping”: Somatic emotional release to ease trauma, stress, and anxiety Now Offering EMDR Therapy I'm excited to now offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—a powerful, evidence-based treatment for trauma, anxiety, and emotional distress. EMDR helps clients process difficult memories by using bilateral stimulation (like guided eye movements), allowing the brain to rewire how trauma is stored and felt. Clients often experience faster relief from symptoms compared to traditional talk therapy alone. It’s especially helpful for PTSD, complex trauma, phobias, and deep-rooted patterns. If you feel “stuck” or overwhelmed by past experiences, EMDR may be a transformative tool in your healing journey. Professional Consultation for Clinicians If you're a licensed therapist navigating complex cases or ethical concerns, I offer clinical consultation tailored to your needs. We’ll explore case dynamics, practical tools, and documentation strategies—with respect for your unique style and insight. Thinking of starting a private practice? I also provide business coaching for emerging clinicians, from strategy and marketing to identifying your niche and building sustainability. Note: I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide superbills for clients with out-of-network coverage.
