Introduction

Have you been through a traumatic experience that impacts your life negatively? Do you suffer with anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem? Do your struggles stop you from living the life you always wanted? This could make anyone feel alone, exhausted, and disconnected from even your closest loved ones. For many people, reaching out for help can be daunting and scary. But if you’re looking for someone friendly and supportive to share your struggles with, you’re in the right place! I offer a variety of evidence-based and trauma focused therapy techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These help to identify and debunk unhelpful thought and behavioral patterns that could be causing you to feel stuck. We would work together to tackle these unhelpful patterns, boost confidence in your own abilities, and shape helpful coping and emotional regulation skills that will foster autonomy and empower you for the future. My goal is to always make you feel safe, protected, and validated as your trust is very valuable to me. It is also my goal to provide a judgement free space that is tailored to your needs. Because you are unique and special in your own way, I will strive to create an individualized treatment that builds on your strengths and abilities. I have a passion working with adults, couples, and families that are navigating struggles like anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, self-esteem, sexual abuse, relationship issues, veteran issues and many more. This may be a hard time right now. But I believe in you and am excited to help you along the journey to a better you! Ready to start your healing journey? Contact Kristin now for a free 15 minute consultation over the phone.
