Introduction

From a young age, I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others. That clarity led me to enter the mental health field early on, and it's a passion that continues to guide my work today. I began my journey studying both Music Therapy and Psychology during my undergraduate years, blending creativity with clinical insight. I later earned my Master’s degree in Counseling, deepening my understanding of how to support individuals through life’s challenges. Since then, I’ve pursued several certifications to expand my expertise and ensure I offer clients the most effective, evidence-based support possible. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or simply seeking personal growth, my approach is compassionate, client-centered, and rooted in both science and empathy. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. Everyone’s journey is unique, and I’m here to walk alongside you—offering guidance, tools, and encouragement tailored to your needs.
