Individuals | College & Grad Students | Couples | Multi-Partner Relationships My approach to this work is deeply intuitive, experiential, and nonlinear. I playfully invite imagination and creativity to reorient our understanding of who we are beyond what our experiences have shaped us to be. I offer space to process and integrate your experiences and explore their influence on your relationship with yourself, your community, and the earth. I will support you with untangling your thoughts and feelings, learning the language of your inner world, intuition, and body signals, and teach you practices that will shift you out of urgency, embrace imperfection, and connect you to a sense of belonging, playfulness, and joy. As for me, I center myself as a collaborator versus an expert and I will be an active participant in our work together. I enjoy asking questions that deepen self-reflection, processing, and awareness building. With all that said, our work will always be based on your individual needs and intentions for the time and space we share together. I am dedicated to providing services that celebrate and honor the unique needs of people impacted by systemic inequity and oppression, especially 2SLGBTQIAA+, BIPOC, disabled, differently-abled, and neurodivergent communities. I’m also proudly affirming of the kink, sex work, non-monogamous, and polyamory communities. I'm a queer, white, non-binary/transgender (they/them) therapist, coach, and consultant. I'm neurodivergent and I live with autoimmune-based illnesses. I personally connect with nature, tarot + oracle cards, art-making, and music to ground and find meaning during difficult times. My practice is a social justice-forward, non-pathologizing virtual private practice where I see clients in Michigan, New York, and Florida. I also offer integrative coaching and consultation services that are available no matter your location. If you're interested in working together, schedule a free 15-minute video consultation below. I look forward to hearing from you.
