Introduction

I believe healing is an inner attitude—one that is available to everyone and often needs gentle nurturing and intentional cultivation. It’s not about achieving a perfect state of physical or mental health, but rather about developing positive, life-affirming adaptations that can be learned and practiced. My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I partner with each client to support the healing of the whole self—body, mind, and spirit—with the goal of enhancing quality of life. I work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children across a wide range of concerns, and I walk beside each client with empathy, curiosity, and deep compassion as they navigate their own unique path. I practice with heart and purpose, integrating hypnotherapy, mindfulness, somatic and experiential techniques, positive psychology, resourcing, and tapping to help regulate the nervous system and support lasting change. I believe everything needed for healing lies within—and the journey of discovering that inner resource is truly transformational. It’s an honor to hold the sacred space clients need to reconnect, restore, and rise. Every session is grounded in presence, collaboration, and deep respect. I see and celebrate the Light in you.
