As a cognitive behavioral therapist, I explore the interplay between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. With that awareness, we work on challenging unhelpful thinking, shifting perspective, and building tools for emotional resilience. It’s not about “positive vibes only,” but about developing a more balanced, flexible way of thinking that leads to real change. My clients are adults who often feel like their minds just won’t stop spinning. They’re the ones who lie awake at night replaying conversations, anticipating worst-case scenarios, or endlessly trying to “figure it all out.” They are overthinkers, people-pleasers, procrastinators and self-editors. Our work together helps explore and gently rewrite the stories their minds have been telling them.
