Introduction

Hi there, are you ready to change your pathway? To find a new path forward? Let's do it together! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in post-partum mothers, but also greatly enjoys seeing adolescents, individuals and couples. I believe everyone is capable of change and it is my privilege to walk along side you as you begin your therapeutic journey. Change can be hard, but identifying patterns of dysfunction in your thoughts, feelings and behaviors can make it easier. I work to help you understand WHY and HOW you function the way you do, before helping you to find answers to be your own agent of change! Using concepts rooted in Family Systems, CBT and Narrative Therapy, my approach centers around the person. I believe it's important to understand your past, in order to understand the present, and move towards your desired future. I strive to create a safe and judgement free space; come as you are! I believe our rapport as client and therapist will allow you to learn about yourself and others, answer the tough questions, and ultimately free yourself from shame. My approach is soft but direct, built on your strengths and at times, even humorous!
