Introduction

Feeling stuck in a cycle of low mood, anxiety, or trauma responses — even after trying medications, self-help tools, or years of talk therapy? You’re not alone. Whether you’re navigating relationship issues, emotional abuse, or struggling to feel secure in your connections, healing is possible — and you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with adults in Georgia and Florida who are experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship challenges, and complex trauma. Many of my clients are high-functioning but overwhelmed — carrying heavy emotional loads from the past while trying to stay grounded in the present. My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I treat every client with deep empathy, respect, and nonjudgment. My work integrates cutting-edge trauma-informed approaches like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (including ketamine integration) with holistic mind-body practices informed by both Western and Eastern healing traditions. Whether you’re dealing with: • Complex PTSD or developmental trauma • Depression or anxious rumination • Emotional neglect or abuse • Life transitions, identity exploration, or grief • Difficulty forming or maintaining secure attachments …we’ll co-create a therapy process that supports your nervous system regulation, helps restore your inner sense of safety, and guides you back to your authentic self. I’m currently offering virtual therapy for adults across Georgia and Florida. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, and I’m especially passionate about supporting those healing from intergenerational trauma, religious trauma, and identity-based harm. Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable and daunting. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk with you.
