Introduction

I'm a former high school English teacher who became a therapist when I realized the difficult situations many of my students were experiencing in their homes. I specialize in marriage therapy and can help you and your spouse disrupt that cycle of reactivity that's been damaging your hearts and stealing your energy and joy. I'm a committed Christian who works best with clients who want to incorporate their own Christian faith into therapy. We are holistic beings, with minds, bodies and spirits that are all connected, and spiritual alignment with my clients is something I consider crucial for effectiveness in therapy.
