Starting therapy—especially for the first time—can feel uncertain, but it can also be a step toward a better life. I believe that no matter your background, therapy can be helpful to people from all walks of life. I aim to help clients deepen their self-understanding, build effective coping skills, and improve their overall well-being. I provide support to working professionals, young adults, and occasionally teens who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or seeking to make lasting behavioral changes. I hope to provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment that encourages self-reflection and personal growth. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. My therapeutic approach draws from mindfulness-based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
