You might be someone who’s always striving—high achieving on the outside, but still feeling like it’s never enough. Or maybe you’re carrying the weight of past experiences that still show up in painful ways. Perhaps you’re navigating the tension between cultures, family expectations, or societal pressures that make it hard to feel better. Whatever brings you here, we could explore your story, understand and embrace yourself, and move toward your unique path of healing. I’ve worked with female-presenting Asian immigrants who have experienced trauma, especially gender-based violence (e.g., domestic violence). I understand the impact of trauma, cultural and societal stress, oppression, and family issues. I also help people manage challenges like anxiety, depression, and navigating emerging adulthood. Our sessions are a space where you can explore who you are and what you’ve been through. We’ll look at what healing means to you, why certain pains linger, how they show up, and how we might begin to rise above them or make peace with them—while also drawing on the strengths you already have.
