Before anything else, I’m a human—one who shows up with authenticity, respect, and zero judgment. I know how heavy life can feel when substance and/or alcohol use starts taking over, and how isolating it can be. If you’re here, you’re already doing something courageous. I specialize in helping people reduce or stop their use of alcohol, prescription and non-prescription opioids (including fentanyl), benzos, kratom, methamphetamines, and cocaine and the often-complicated issues that come with it—shame, trauma, relationships, identity, or just feeling stuck. My approach is direct but warm, collaborative, and grounded in harm reduction. That means I’ll support you in defining what recovery or sobriety means to you—whether that’s total abstinence, moderation, or something else entirely. I won’t just nod and take notes—I’ll help you figure out what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next. Therapy with me is a space to be honest, challenged, and supported as you build a life that feels more aligned and less overwhelming.
