Introduction

For over 19 years, I’ve served adolescents as a teacher, school counselor, and therapist, passionately guiding individuals through life’s complexities. I warmly welcome clients from age 4 to older adults facing early-onset dementia, with specialized expertise empowering adolescents and caregivers to navigate their unique journeys. My client-centered approach fosters a safe, non-judgmental space built on active listening and collaboration, tailored to help you achieve your goals. I support clients addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or caregiving challenges, offering a Christian faith-based lens for those who seek it. Collaboratively we will lean into your inherent ability to create meaningful change. My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and person-centered techniques. Committed to excellence, I continually refine my practice through workshops, professional literature, and conferences. Together, we’ll cultivate resilience, overcome negative patterns, and nurture self-understanding and confidence. Let’s begin your journey with compassion and practical tools for lasting growth.
