Your therapy does not always need to be painful. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gottman approaches (Couples therapy). I can utilize other modalities as needed. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, substance addictions, sexual addictions/disorders, and couples counseling.
