Introduction

Hi, I’m Katie! I am a licensed mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of ADHD and trauma. Since 2021, I’ve worked with clients to uncover their strengths, build effective coping strategies, and move toward lives that feel more grounded and fulfilling. Whether you're struggling with focus, impulsivity, emotional regulation, or the impact of past traumatic experiences, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s getting in the way and what healing could look like for you. I recognize that ADHD and trauma are distinct experiences that can sometimes intersect—but don’t have to. I tailor treatment to your individual needs, not a one-size-fits-all model. I use evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mind-Body Bridging to help clients increase self-awareness, improve relationships, and create meaningful change. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey—and I’m here to walk with you as you reconnect with yourself and your goals. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something different, I’d be honored to support you on your path. I provide services in Utah and Idaho
