Kathryn is a licensed marriage and family therapist in the State of Nevada. She is trained in EMDR, and holds advanced training in addiction treatment and services. She works with individuals, families, and couples, helping them find meaning and purpose in life that can often feel lost amid tragedy, grief, depression, and anxiety. Kathryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Nevada, Reno. Her clinical experience includes facilitating groups focused on trauma education, sexual health, intimate partner violence, emotional regulation, chronic illness, anger management, and co-occurring disorders. She has extensive experience across multiple levels of care, including high-intensity residential treatment, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and outpatient services. She specializes in supporting individuals struggling with addiction as well as those navigating the many complexities of life. Kathryn’s therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to holistic healing. She fosters a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their challenges. She believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship to promote resilience and growth, guiding clients toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
