Introduction

I specialize in supporting young adults and new professionals in the Denver Metro Area through life transitions, career stress, relationship challenges, Endometriosis/PCOS support, and grief/loss. If you are a young adult, or new professional, or are a parent or guardian of a young adult, and are looking for support navigating a new chapter in your life or a loved ones, please reach out to see how I can support you through this time! I have worked as a School Social Worker and Private Practice Clinician for five years, helping navigate various educational, relational, and personal challenges. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused-Brief Therapy and experiential therapies such as Emotional Focused Therapy (tapping) and mindfulness-based techniques to support clients.
