Introduction

I'm a mental health therapist who is focused on providing kind and gentle therapy for individuals who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, and grief. I provide empathetic listening, validating feedback, and therapeutic interventions including EMDR, parts work, inner child healing, and other modalities that are clinically proven to help decrease your symptoms. While intro calls are free, a card on file is required for booking. Failure to show for intro calls or cancelations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $50 fee. I AM ONLY LICENSED TO SEE CLIENTS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. I am not in-network with any insurance companies. Clients are responsible for the cost of appointments but may seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance (subject to coverage). I can provide a list of questions for you to ask your insurance company about your benefits and coverage if you’re planning to seek reimbursement.
