With over a decade of experience in the field since 2012, working with diverse populations from children to older adults, my therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. When addressing early childhood trauma, I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to foster emotional regulation, cognitive restructuring, and psychological flexibility. DBT skills help young clients navigate intense emotions and develop mindfulness and distress tolerance, while CBT techniques identify and reframe maladaptive thought patterns shaped by early trauma. ACT complements these approaches by guiding individuals toward acceptance of difficult experiences and alignment with personal values. This integrative, compassionate framework empowers clients across the lifespan to build resilience, develop a stronger sense of self, and move toward healing.
