Juliet is completing her Master’s in Social Work at Syracuse University and brings a wealth of experience to her clinical work. She is passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults through life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. She strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. With over a decade in healthcare—including a background as an Anesthesia Technologist—Juliet values the mind-body connection and takes a holistic, trauma-informed approach to therapy. She integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to tailor her approach to each client’s unique needs. Her work is rooted in cultural responsiveness, self-exploration, and fostering resilience. Juliet is especially passionate about helping clients develop emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier relationships. She believes that therapy should be collaborative and centered around the client’s personal goals. Outside of her clinical work, Juliet enjoys mentoring youth, staying active at the gym, exploring wellness and nutrition, and spending time with her loved ones and community. Bilingual: English & Twi
