As a therapist, I understand that if you spend your days witnessing others' deepest pain, you may wonder where to find sanctuary for your own. If you're a healer, therapist, or highly sensitive person who naturally holds space for others, your gift for deep attunement can leave you absorbing others' emotions or feeling the collective grief of a world in crisis. You might experience compassion fatigue, boundary struggles, or the profound loneliness of being "the one who helps." I offer trauma-informed therapy that honors your whole experience and helps you reconnect with your inner wisdom. We'll explore your relationship with the different parts of yourself. Through present-moment awareness and compassionate inquiry, we'll deepen this healing journey together toward greater wholeness and authenticity. We'll work toward integrating all aspects of yourself, including those you've had to hide or disconnect from while tending to others, with compassion and care. This work is about reclaiming your wholeness, realigning with your true values, and reconnecting with yourself and the communities that matter to you. I can help with anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, grief/loss, emotional fluency, and neurodivergent experiences. All adult individuals, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, and sexual/gender identities are welcomed. Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in being in nature, spending quality time with my community, engaging in social advocacy, exploring spiritual practices and wisdom traditions, making playlists and dancing, and reading.
