Growing up, I witnessed the impact of mental health struggles within my community, friends, family, and had firsthand experiences myself. My own experiences have driven my desire and success in helping individuals become aware and resilient in order to overcome challenging and complex emotions, thoughts and behaviors. My practice philosophy is to provide a holistic, person-centered, strength-based approach by promoting the client's autonomy and dignity. I believe in inspiring clients to make their desirable changes through support, encouragement, and self-empowerment. My goal is to create a collaborative and safe environment where clients can actively lead and participate in their healing journey, including struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, grief and loss, and parenting management. A client's barriers can be solution-focused by looking through a lens of love and positivity.
