Searching for a therapist can often feel overwhelming when you already feel sad, hopeless or lost. It takes courage to consider that something in your life is not working, that you could use help. Therapy allows you to get acquainted with yourself and the world you inhabit in a new way. Through this expanded field of view, you are better equipped to make choices that will help you achieve. During our time together, I will walk beside you as we navigate the newness around us. We will work on various techniques and learn new skills to help you cope with the vast and sudden changes. Because I view each of my clients as individuals that deserves the respect, dignity, and empathy, each session together will be tailored to meet you specific circumstances. There is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. I would be honored for the opportunity to join you on your journey toward healing and self-growth. I provide specific techniques and cognitive behavioral tools, coaching my clients to apply insights to the problems we have identified.
