IHi! My name is Jordan, and I've been a therapist since 2012. Clients reach out to me when they feel at a loss, unsure of what to do next. How do I figure out what I need? How do I change my relationship? So much of our well-being hinges on the health of the relationships we have with others and ourselves. The goal of my work with clients is to create a greater sense of empowerment and life satisfaction, a better understanding of what is important to them, and knowing how to clearly communicate about their needs and desires. We can achieve this either through couples or individual therapy.
