Introduction

Hi! I’m Jia, it’s lovely to meet you. As someone who has spent much of my life navigating different cultural identities, I’ve spent countless hours reflecting on what it means to understand myself and my relationships. I’ve found that healing isn’t the end goal; it’s what allows us to truly enjoy and savor the lives we create. In a world where our time and attention are always in demand, I strive to help you navigate how to attend to what feels most significant to you. Often, external factors try to decide what this means. My goal is to help you explore the space between what you’re told is possible and what is truly calling to you in order to expand beyond limitations and forge what you desire. I’m committed to supporting individuals and partners in a way that honors the full picture of who you are: your culture, your relationships, and your lived experiences. Whether you're navigating romantic partnerships, family dynamics, friendships, or questions around identity, I bring a holistic approach that looks at how everything is connected. I draw from narrative therapy (the stories we believe about ourselves), attachment work (how we connect with others), and somatic therapies (the wisdom of the body) to guide you on your journey. When we feel truly seen and supported, we have the courage to traverse the discomfort necessary for growth. Thus, in therapy, I aim to create a space where you can nurture every part of who you are and build the life you dream of. I believe you are the expert of your own story, you’ve overcome so much already, and that you carry the wisdom and strength to continue growing. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore what feels most empowering and expansive. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to be part of that journey.
