Introduction

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected - from yourself or others around you? Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you're feeling, and reconnect with the life you want to live. Together, we’ll explore issues in your life and help you gain self-awareness, break unhelpful patterns and heal from past trauma. I specialize in working with adults navigating difficult emotions, past trauma, major life transitions, and relationship challenges. Together, we can identify patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect to your inner strengths, and help you build a life that feels more present, balanced and meaningful. I currently have in-person and virtual/online sessions available. If you’ve never tried online therapy, I would encourage you to give it a try. Many people enjoy the convenience, privacy and flexibility it allows. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important, and I find we can do that just as effectively through telehealth. You don’t have to do this alone. If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again—or get to know yourself in a new way—I’d be honored to support you. As a neurodivergent, LGBTQ provider, I particularly enjoy working with ADHD and autism, and folks from the queer community. I look forward to working with you!
