I am a psychotherapist working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and dissatisfaction in relationships. I help my clients explore how past trauma and experiences are impacting their current functioning and relationships and how they can create new relational patterns with themselves and others. My aim is to empower my clients to cultivate a healthy self-perception, foster stronger relationships, and develop the internal strength to uphold personal accountability and integrity. I take a non-directive and human-centered approach to work through the challenges clients bring into the therapy space. By utilizing an eclectic therapeutic style, I can draw on relational, human-centered, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches within your social and cultural context. In therapy, we will work together to develop your self-understanding within a specific context while working towards your individualized therapeutic goals. Together, we will work to understand how past experiences, traumas, and relationships have impacted your worldview, relationships, and internal world.
