Introduction

Are you exhausted from saying “yes” when you mean “no”? Do you find yourself overthinking everything, replaying conversations, and trying to keep the peace at your own expense? You might look like you have it all together on the outside, but inside you're overwhelmed, anxious, and maybe even resentful. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone - and you're in the right place. I specialize in helping anxious women who feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Together, we’ll work on untangling those old narratives, setting boundaries without guilt, and building the kind of confidence that comes from within. I use EMDR, parts work, and a trauma-informed lens to gently explore how your past experiences are showing up in the present - and how to shift those patterns. Therapy with me is warm, nonjudgmental, and real. We’ll laugh sometimes. We’ll go deep. And most importantly, you’ll be supported in reclaiming your voice, your needs, and your peace. I offer individual therapy, EMDR, and therapy intensives for clients in SC and NY. If you're ready to feel more grounded, less anxious, and more you - let’s talk.
