Introduction

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, I work with adults who are ready to engage in meaningful personal growth and healing. I specialize in supporting clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. I work best with clients who are engaged in the therapeutic process and motivated to create meaningful change in their lives. I have received my training through my Master's degree at Millersville University and have benefitted from experience working in both inpatient psychiatric and outpatient settings. These experiences have shaped by ability to navigate complex diagnoses, shaped my trauma-informed sense, and reinforced my belief in the importance of compassionate, stabilizing care. My therapeutic approach is warm, integrative, and collaborative—I believe that clients are the experts of their own experiences, and I work alongside them to uncover insight and build resilience. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as EMDR- and DBT-informed practices to create a personalized path for healing and change. I believe that healing and growth are possible with the right support, and I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
