Introduction

Uncertainty hits when it feels like everyone around you is moving forward advancing in their careers, starting relationships, or making big life decisions and you feel powerless, questioning if you’re falling behind. Feeling the pressure to “have it together” by a certain age weighs heavily, leaving you feeling lost, unsure of your path, and overwhelmed by the uncertainty of what comes next. You see others getting it right, and it leaves you wondering if you’re doing it wrong. The constant pressure to keep up can make it feel impossible to move forward. I’m Jessica, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S). I’ve been supporting clients since 2008 through education systems, community mental health, and private practice. I specialize in helping young adults, LGBTQIA+ clients, and women break unhelpful patterns, build confidence, and navigate big life changes with clarity. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed, affirming approach—blending mindfulness, narrative therapy, and practical coping tools. Therapy with me is affirming, honest, and focused on what’s real in your life right now. I’ll support you fully, but I won’t sugarcoat things. We’ll sit with the hard stuff, name what’s not working, and focus on real change—at your pace, with compassion and clarity. If you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed and unsure, I get it. The pressure of trying to meet everyone’s expectations while feeling disconnected from your own needs is a hard space to be in. Let’s create space for you to breathe, regain control, and start taking steps that feel right for you. Call, Email or Book today, and let’s work at your pace to build a future that reflects your true self and what you deserve.
