Introduction

I specialize in treating anxiety, OCD, and trauma. Many of my clients struggle with intrusive thoughts, chronic worry, compulsive behaviors, or the lasting effects of traumatic experiences—including those related to identity, rejection, or shame. Together, we work to reduce distress, build resilience, and reclaim a sense of calm and purpose. I use evidence-based practices like ACT, EMDR, and mindfulness skills to help clients relate differently to distressing thoughts and emotions. My approach is warm, affirming, and collaborative—offering a space where all are welcome, feel safe, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change. Whether you’re facing panic attacks, obsessive thinking, unresolved trauma, or identity-based stress, I offer compassionate support tailored to your unique experience and values.
