I incorporate a range of evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma focused Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and crisis intervention. I am Eagala Certified. This is ground based equine therapy. We can also take the session outside for a "walk and talk", using trails of our Alaska home. We will develop a strength-based treatment plan that reflects your personal goals. Rather than focusing solely on the problem, we will integrate both mind and body to help you build practical strategies for success in relationships and life.
