Introduction

As a military wife, mother of two, working professional, and military veteran, I know the challenges of juggling the multiple demands of life. And as a woman who has lived most of my life overseas as well as here in North Carolina, I pride myself on being culturally aware and respectful of the challenges and needs of diverse populations in need of counseling. Populations I primarily serve include both adolescents (ages 13+) and adults. I also identify as an LGBTQIA ally.
