I work with women who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or the emotional challenges of pregnancy and motherhood. My clients often want to break free from patterns that no longer serve them, better understand themselves, and find lasting relief and confidence in their daily lives. My therapeutic style is tailored to meet your unique needs. I draw from various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exposure therapy techniques, and psychodynamic approaches. As a dedicated therapist, I empower individuals like you to understand and transform behavior patterns and cognitive processes. As a therapist passionate about women’s mental health, I offer a safe, supportive space where your story is honored and your strengths are the foundation for change. Let’s work together to help you reconnect with who you are. Reach out when you’re ready—I’m here. Originally from New England, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies at the University of New Hampshire and then obtained my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Wheelock College in Boston, MA in 2009. I am a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker in the State of West Virginia.
