Introduction

Welcome to DeNovo Counseling and Wellness, LLC, where a new beginning is just around the corner. Life can be full of many challenges, uncertainties, and scariness these days. Finding a way to weather the storm with peace and contentment has been my life's work for the past 17 years. I specialize in treating trauma and Reactive Attachment Disorder. Other interests include depression, anxiety, PTSD, and family issues. Using an individualized approach and EMDR therapy, I weave elements of talking therapy, body-based interventions, art, and non-traditional modes such as yoga, breathing and mindfulness. I am passionate about building strong families, strengthening relationships and connections, and raising resilient children and individuals. I see patients of all ages; however, I specialize in children, adolescents and adults who have survived their own traumas. If you are finding your life void of laughter and love, come talk to me.
