I help clients explore the underlying causes of their struggles and develop effective tools for coping, healing, and growth. I lead with a person-centered style, focusing on building real authentic connection. At the same time, I bring in more structured tools when they’re helpful, pulling from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices.
