Introduction

As a Licensed Professional Counselor I specialize in working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma, adoption, and attachment injuries. I am trained in Love and Logic, Positive Disciple, EMDR, synergetic play therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and dialectal behavior therapy (DBT). I am also a trainer for Trauma System Therapy. I use an attachment and systemic lens in all my therapeutic work. Before founding the Family Services Center I worked with adolescent girls in a residential facility, provided therapy for sexual abuse victims and was a supervisor for an intensive in home team that specialized in working with trauma. I also offer clinical supervision and consultation.
