So often we get caught up in survival mode and coping with the day to day. Everyone deserves to thrive. My ideal client may be wrestling with any number of life challenges such as anxiety, depression, family/ relationship conflicts, and chronic stress leading to emotional and physical exhaustion. I am an experienced therapist. I am licensed in TN as a Senior Psychological Examiner - Health Service Provider. I offer a safe space for individuals 18+ and couples to open and share their thoughts, anxiety, fears, goals, and sadness. Therapy is tailored to each client, emphasizing cognitive behavioral and family systems approaches. Investing time and effort in attaining authentic emotional and mental wellness, peace of mind and satisfaction is not selfish.
