Introduction

We've built a service model grounded in the principles we've learned to live out in our own marriage and family—communication, empathy, flexibility, and grace under pressure. It's these values that shape how we show up for our clients every day. Jason’s therapy style blends clinical expertise with genuine connection. With over nine years of experience and a rich background in military life, he approaches each session with compassion, humor when it helps, and the kind of steady presence that makes space for real growth. Each session starts by ensuring you feel safe and grounded—especially important in telehealth settings. Jason listens attentively, helps uncover root issues, and brings in tools that work—ranging from visual aids to recommended “homework” between sessions. It’s not unusual to laugh, cry, vent, and breathe a little easier all in one hour. He’s trained in evidence-based methods like the Gottman Method (Levels I and II), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, CBT for Insomnia, and Motivational Interviewing, with specialized experience in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Jason also leans on his social work roots to uphold values like dignity, honesty, and the importance of human connection. Whether you’re navigating a personal struggle, working on a relationship, healing from trauma, or trying to find your footing again, Jason brings empathy and experience into the room. And as someone who’s been both the helper and the helped, he knows just how powerful that space can be. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of Jason’s work. He strictly follows all HIPAA regulations and never shares client stories. What’s said in session stays in session.
