Introduction

Are you tired of shrinking in spaces that were never made for you? Have you grown weary from the weight of the masks you wear? Do you find yourself prioritizing others' needs before your own, in the name of selflessness, even when it costs you? Has trauma stolen your self-worth or fractured your self-esteem? Do microaggressions quietly chip away at your personal or professional value? You're not alone. As a queer, multiracial, Black-identifying woman and disabled military veteran, this work is deeply personal to me. I know what it feels like to live in survival mode—to move through the world disconnected, burned out, and unseen. My background includes supporting adolescents in school settings, individuals in substance use and recovery, and survivors as a victim services advocate. I’ve also led inpatient mental health groups focused on building coping skills, emotional regulation, and self-trust. For over five years in private practice, I’ve continued to hold space for deep, meaningful healing. I work with all people, but I specialize in supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals navigating intergenerational trauma, systemic oppression, identity stress, and the weight of societal expectations. My style is warm, grounded, and honest. I create a space where you’ll feel seen and supported—but I’ll also gently challenge the patterns keeping you stuck. I believe in calling things in, not out—naming avoidant behaviors and coping strategies with compassion, not judgment. Therapy with me is collaborative and rooted in authenticity. Whether through talk therapy, ecotherapy, or identity-affirming care, I offer a space that honors your lived experience and supports your healing—on your own terms. Taking the first step is hard. But you don’t have to take it alone.
