Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m here to make that process feel supportive and empowering. I work with adults navigating stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that feel hard to change. I help clients build executive functioning skills like time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through while deepening self-trust and confidence. I have a special interest in supporting women with ADHD and others learning to work with their brains, not against them. Many people experience stress-related symptoms like migraines, digestive issues, and fatigue. Through mindfulness and body awareness, we explore how emotions show up physically and build tools for resilience and balance. My approach is collaborative and grounded in self-compassion. Together, we’ll find practical steps that reflect your values, strengths, and goals. If you're feeling unsure, stuck, or simply ready for support, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to hearing from you. Jami Nelson, M.S. Candidate, CMHC Counseling Intern Practicing under the supervision of Amanda Martin, MA, LPC, CPCS
