I specialize in depression, anxiety, faith transitions, healthy relationships, and trauma. I strive to give you a space to be heard and understood. I integrate aspects of CBT, DBT, SFT, ACT, IFS, and MI into my practice as appropriate for each individual I serve. Taking the first step towards change can be difficult.
