Introduction

I chose to become a therapist because I want to help clients live the lives they want to live. So often, we do what we're "supposed" to do, but it doesn't quite give us a sense of satisfaction. I believe that clients have answers within them and that therapy can help that emerge. Over time, I hope you become more confident in who you are, what you want, and how to get there. I am an open-minded therapist, and enjoy being a counselor to people from all walks of life, including those in non-conventional relationships, members of the queer and trans communities, or those trying to navigate their own ways when systemic forces might not want you to. I help clients feel a sense of relief and clarity about how to go forward in life. It'd be a privilege to get to know you!
